Job Description:
Medsyndeo is seeking a Primary Care Physician to work in
Chicago, IL. This is a Full Time Position. My client is very

care to each one of your patients. From ensuring they have adequate
transportation, to helping measure and break down quality of life
deterrents - Improve access to health services for the vulnerable

Monday - Friday NO nights or weekends - Very light triaged
telephonic call only - Smaller patient panel (max 450), see members
monthly vs annually - Physician-led organization - RVU's are a
thing of the past. Be rewarded for better patient outcomes!
