Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Chicago, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,117 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/3/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in Medical/Surgical License: Active Nursing License required Certifications: BLS required NIHSS required ACLS preferred Must-Have: Mandatory floating within scope to meet facility needs Description: Position: Registered Nurse in Medical Surgical specialty. Shift: 3 shifts of 12 hours each, from 07:00 to 19:30. No block scheduling is approved. Weekend requirements: Every other weekend, two weekends per month. Request for Time Off (RTO): 5 days maximum, with no more than 2 consecutive days. Holidays: No RTO on holidays or the days before or after a holiday. Floating may be required within the facility's discretion. All resources must be prepared to float to various units as needed. Staffing may include requests to float outside of primary areas of competency. Vaccination against COVID-19 is required. Medical or religious exemptions for the flu vaccine are accepted. Full recredentialing is required for returning resources. Candidates should be responsive and complete all required documentation promptly.
