Setting: Dental Office - Full time position Compensation: Base salary (commensurate on experience) full benefits Start Date: 60-90 days Key Responsibilities: Dedicate the first 30 days of a new acquisition to that location, creating a long lasting professional relationship Provide the important layer of management between administrative/clinical team members and dentists/owners of your assigned dental practices Must be confident and self-motivating to pursue personal & team goals at a high level Must be capable of coaching and educating teams effectively Be highly organized and punctual Display high levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism Utilize and adapt to technology in order to make practice management streamlined, automated, and simpler Analyze dental practice reports in order to identify areas of strength and weaknesses, and be able to use that data to problem solve and create clear steps for improvement Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and termination processes Lead team meetings and professional development as necessary Designate and mentor team leaders within the practices Delegate day to day tasks to administrative and clinical leaders so that the Practice Manager can effectively focus on bigger picture items Consistently meet specific Key Performance Indicator Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5 years in operations management, with 3 years in the dental industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software and dental practice management systems.
