Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License - or eligible to obtain Illinois Early Intervention Certification - or eligible to obtain Your Responsibilities: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will assess patients communication skills and identify communication disorders in areas such as articulation, fluency, voice, feeding and swallowing, and expressive and receptive language. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will participate intesting and screening children (or adults) and IFSP meetings. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will developing treatment plans and goals, interventions and educational materials. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will develop home treatmentprograms andprovide training to parents and/or caregivers. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will instruct assigned support staff use of augmentative communication devices, hearing aids, FM systems, feeding techniques and strategies to implement treatment plans.
