Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A healthcare
opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist with
experience in school settings to provide services in Milwaukee, WI.
This role involves travel between schools within the area, offering
a dynamic work environment that supports student development
through specialized OT interventions. Responsibilities include:
Conducting evaluations, developing, and implementing individualized
treatment plans for students with diverse needs Collaborating with
educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student
progress Providing direct therapy services focusing on fine motor
skills, sensory processing, and adaptive strategies Documenting
progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with
regulatory requirements Participating in team meetings and
contributing to program development Desired qualifications or
experience: Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Wisconsin Prior
experience working with school-aged children in educational
settings Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices and IDEA
regulations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to
travel to multiple school locations within Milwaukee and its
