Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab Unit who is passionate about
providing personalized, holistic care in alignment with our mission

implementing patient-focused rehabilitation strategies and
contributing to health outcomes that resonate within the community.
This position requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a
supportive and innovative environment, leveraging both clinical
expertise and exceptional patient interaction skills to facilitate
health and healing. Assess patient conditions and administer
appropriate medical treatments. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary
team members to formulate individualized care plans. Record patient
care services and analyze patient data to adjust care plans as
needed. Educate patients and families on treatment regimes,
rehabilitation techniques, and preventative measures. Participate
in continuous education to improve patient care and support
community health outcomes. Strong clinical skills in a hospital
setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team Proficiency in
electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse license in applicable state Certification in Rehabilitation
Nursing (CRRN) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
required
