Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a registered nurse specializing in the operating room to provide expert perioperative care in a high-acuity environment. This contract role requires a dedicated RN who can efficiently scrub and circulate within trauma and surgical specialties. Key Qualifications and Desired Experience: Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice. Proficient in scrub and circulating duties in the operating room. Prior experience at Level 1 Trauma centers. Clinical background in orthopedic, orthopedic trauma, vascular, urology, and general surgery procedures. Preferred expertise includes neurosurgery (cranial and spine), open heart/thoracic surgery, ophthalmology, ENT, bariatric, and gynecological cases. Ability to fulfill on-call responsibilities one weekend shift per month (12 hours, day or night). Responsibilities: Provide thorough perioperative nursing care in various surgical specialties. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Adhere to all protocols related to trauma and surgical procedures. Participate in on-call rotation as required. Maintain professional standards and comply with hospital policies. Schedule: Primary shift: 4 days per week, 10-hour day shifts (07:00 15:30). On-call: One 12-hour shift per month on weekends only.
