Job Description:
At Sunrise Senior Living, we offer a compassionate and

services, including assisted living, independent living, and memory
care. We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) who is passionate about making a difference in the
lives of the elderly by providing direct care and fostering a
positive, nurturing environment. In this role, you will assist
residents with daily activities, ensure a high quality of life, and
support our nursing staff in delivering exceptional healthcare. You
will have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with
residents and their families, contributing to their overall
wellbeing and quality of life. Assist residents with daily personal
tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support elderly in
daily recreational activities and special events tailored to their
interests and abilities. Monitor and record residents' vital signs
and weight, and report any significant changes to nursing staff.
Ensure safety and well-being of residents at all times. Facilitate
communication between residents and medical staff, including
conveying residents’ needs and concerns. Maintain a clean and
comfortable living environment within the facility. Provide
companionship and emotional support to residents and build trusting
relationships. Strong interpersonal and communicative skills. Basic
knowledge of first aid and emergency response. Ability to use
patient lifting equipment and follow safety guidelines. Time
management and organizational skills. Empathy and resilience in
dealing with the challenges faced by elderly adults. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. CPR and First Aid
certification (preferred).
