This position requires a compassionate professional with a knack for critical thinking and effective communication. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Supervise nursing and ancillary staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the continuity of care through accurate documentation and communication with healthcare teams. Proficiency in clinical skills with an ability to handle medical procedures and equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and emotionally demanding environment Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license BLS/CPR certification Additional certifications might be required for specialized roles (e.g., ACLS, PALS)
