Job Description:
Franciscan Ministries, guided by the values taught by the

Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a key
member of our organization, you will provide top-tier nursing care
in a community-focused setting that respects the dignity and
uniqueness of each individual. This role requires a meticulous
approach to healthcare, enabling you to engage directly with
patients and make a significant impact on their lives through your
expertise and empathetic care. Provide direct nursing care in
accordance with resident care plans Monitor patient health and
update care plans based on progress Administer medications and
treatments timely and according to policy Record patients' medical
information and vital signs Manage a team of nursing assistants and
licensed practical nurses Collaborate with physicians and
multidisciplinary team members Facilitate resident comfort and act
as their advocate throughout their care Strong clinical skills in
nursing Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle
multiple patient needs and multitask effectively Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
preferred
