Nights Rate: $2,182/36-hours Requirements: Active RN license in the
practicing state. Experience in critical care, med-surg, telemetry,
or float pool nursing preferred. Strong clinical, critical
thinking, and communication skills. BLS required; ACLS preferred
for critical care units. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor
patient conditions across multiple units. Administer medications,
treatments, and interventions safely. Respond promptly to changes
in patient status or emergencies. Educate patients and families on
care plans and health management. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying unit workflows. About
