Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Rockford, IL Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,600 to $2,800 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Home Health RN (Travel) Facility: 1401 E State St, Rockford, IL 61104, United States Contract: 8 Weeks (03/16/2026 – 05/09/2026) Schedule: 8AM–5PM, M–F (Every 3rd Weekend) Mileage Reimbursement Provided 40 Hours Guaranteed Job Summary Seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. Responsibilities Perform home visits and patient assessments Administer IV therapy Wound care and cardiac monitoring Coordinate care plans Maintain accurate documentation Preferred IV Therapy, ER, Oncology experience Wound or Cardiac Certification Requirements Active Illinois RN License BLS Certification At least 1 year acute care experience (within last 3 years) Home health experience preferred No local candidates within 50 miles
