Job Description:

dedicated Lead Mammography Tech to join our innovative team. In
this role, you will oversee the mammography department, ensuring
high standards of care and utilizing cutting-edge technology to
assist in early detection and diagnosis. This position is pivotal
in supporting our mission to provide compassionate, personalized
healthcare services and to uplift community health through advanced
medical practices. Manage daily operations in the mammography
department. Supervise and train staff on the latest mammography
techniques and equipment. Ensure compliance with health regulations
and maintain safety standards. Collaborate with radiologists to
analyze images and improve diagnostic accuracy. Participate in
community outreach programs to promote breast health awareness.
Proven expertise in mammography and radiography equipment. Strong
leadership and team management skills. Capable of maintaining
precise medical records and reports. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid and active certification by the
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State
licensure as required.
