Experience with patient ratios - Familiarity with Cerner charting
system - Ability to attend high-risk deliveries - Proficient in
neonate care for different gestational ages - Experienced in
ventilator management and IV drip management Description: We are
seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit. The shift will be 3 nights per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30
AM. This role requires every other weekend availability. No block
scheduling will be permitted. All staff are required to float
within their scope of practice to meet facility needs. Resources
may be floated outside of their primary competency as required. RTO
of a maximum of 5 days is allowed, with no more than 2 consecutive
days. Holiday RTO is not permitted, nor is RTO the day prior or
following a holiday. All clinicians must provide two professional
references from recent employers. The ability to manage complex
neonatal cases is essential. Candidates must comply with all
pre-start documentation and lab requirements. Candidates must have
