Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump
(IABP) experience - Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring
experience - Ability to interpret dysrhythmias - Experience in
management of dysrhythmias - Arterial line management experience -
Central line care/management expertise - Capability to titrate
cardiac drips - Ability to titrate vasoactive drips - Experience in
care of ventilated patients Description: This position is for a
Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit. RN to patient
ratios will be 1:2, with occasional adjustments to 1:3 as needed.
The unit will require staff to float as necessary, and extra shifts
are welcomed. Daily census involves various critical care
diagnoses, with a focus on neurological and cardiac conditions.
Interdisciplinary support will be provided by physical therapy,
respiratory services, social services, and others. Special
equipment utilized includes IABP, PA catheters, arterial lines, and
central lines. The goal is to deliver high-quality care to adult
and geriatric patients. All candidates must possess a valid license
in hand before employment. All requirements for submission must be
adhered to according to position specifications. Requirements
