Dental Hygienist Tru Family Dental - Palos Hills 9957 S Roberts Rd, Palos Hills, IL 60465 Tru Family Dental in Palos Hills is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our fun and friendly team! Part-Time Schedule: - Tuesday 8:30am-6:00pm - Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm Full-Time Schedule: can be combined with hours at Tru Family Dental in Westchester, IL (Mondays Wednesdays 8:30am-6:00pm). With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support you need to be a successful, patient-focused provider. - Join a 9-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community! - Beautiful, state-of-the-art practice, hosting 1 doctor and 2 hygienists! - We are located just off of S Roberts Road, just down the road from Indian Woods Park. Patient Schedule - 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment! - SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need! Minimum Qualifications - Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) - Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation - CPR Certification Preferred Experience - 2-3 years of Dental Hygiene experience preferred! - Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems - Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health - Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements - Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
