Registered Nurse New Lenox, IL Specialty: Home Health Position
Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1890 - $2278 | Shift:
5x8 Days Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion
for Home Health care? Do you excel in providing comprehensive
assessments and developing personalized care plans? If so, we have
an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in the
lives of patients in New Lenox, IL. In this role, you will be
responsible for delivering high-quality care through the nursing
process while maintaining professional standards. You will
supervise CNAs and coordinate with other healthcare workers to
ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise will be crucial in
conducting initial assessments, initiating and modifying care
plans, and establishing discharge plans in collaboration with
patients, physicians, and caregivers. Provide comprehensive initial
and ongoing assessments of clients Initiate and modify Plan of Care
as needed Complete OASIS data and documentation according to
regulatory guidelines Ensure a clean and safe environment of care
Maintain the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality
Assess educational needs and implement appropriate teaching
strategies Requirements: Active BLS certification or willingness to
obtain Valid driver's license and car insurance Home Health
experience required; strong Med Surg experience considered COVID-19
and Flu vaccinations required (declinations not approved) OASIS and
start of care experience strongly preferred Need 1 year experience
