Hourly Pay Range: $33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. RN Triage - Medical Group OBGYN Position Highlights: - Position: Triage RN Medical Group OBGYN - Location: Highland Park, IL - Full Time/Part Time: Part Time - Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, Saturdays are optional - Required Travel: No What you will do: Under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Triage Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for patient care needs through the use of inbound and outbound telephone practice and communication via online patient portal NorthShoreConnect. The Triage Nurse continuously demonstrates positive customer relationship skills by assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, education and advanced problem-solving abilities. The Triage Nurse will actively manage patient's immediate and ongoing needs with attention to acute and preventative intervention. Duties include: phone triage, patient education, occasional rooming as needed, insurance pre-authorization and referrals.
