NRP, and RRT or CRT Must-Have: - 2 years of experience with full
lifespan of patients (pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics) - Active
licenses (Illinois) - Active BLS and ACLS (AHA), PALS, NRP, and
either RRT or CRT - Experience with EPIC - Technical required
skills including traechs, nitrous oxide procedures, proning
techniques, ECMO, critical care experience, ventilator-associated
PNA prevention experience, spontaneous breathing trials, and ABG
draws Description: Candidates must have experience managing the
full lifespan of patients. Candidates should hold a valid nursing
license. Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and either RRT or
CRT is required. Experience with the EPIC charting system is
essential. Candidates should demonstrate skills in traechs and
nitrous oxide procedures. Experience with proning techniques and
ECMO is required. Critical care experience is necessary for this
role. Candidates should have verified experience with
ventilator-associated PNA or prevention. Must be capable of
performing spontaneous breathing trials and ABG draws. Patient
ratios are expected to be 1:1. Charcoal Gray scrubs are required
for this position. This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center with a
Level II NICU. It is a teaching hospital with Magnet designation
and serves as a primary stroke center. The facility has a bed
capacity of 273. The facility provides plenty of PPE, including N95
masks. Patient types range from neonates to geriatric respiratory
patients. Weekend rotations are expected every other week, with no
on-call requirements. Holiday expectations will be based on the
