Occupational Therapist Location: Manitowoc, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,686 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 4/3/2026 About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapy Specialty: - Duration: 12 Shift: 1st Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum two (2) years of occupational therapy experience preferred. License: Wisconsin state license as an Occupational Therapist. Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent within thirty (30) days of hire. Must-Have: Master’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program. Description: Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician orders. Consistently performs initial patient evaluations including administering appropriate tests and measures, identifying impairments and functional limitations. Establishes initial plan of treatment in conjunction with the patient or caregiver. Promptly selects and administers treatment strategies based on current physician orders and established treatment plans. Correctly and consistently identifies functional improvement and goal attainment on a regular basis, supported by documented subjective and objective changes. Promptly updates treatment plans and goals according to department standards. Consistently completes documentation following departmental standards and timeframes. Documentation reflects skilled intervention and supports therapeutic interventions as reasonable and necessary. Continually works to achieve productivity per department standards and completes job duties in an efficient and effective manner. Takes initiative to use non-productive time to benefit the department as a whole. Consistently complies with applicable rules and regulations in home healthcare. Demonstrates compliance with documentation and adheres to national patient safety standards. Demonstrates responsible utilization of resources for each patient and actively participates in department performance improvement activities.
