Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active
registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. A licensed RN is needed for a 1:1 care position in a
school setting located in Chicago, IL. This contract role provides
direct nursing support to a student requiring individualized
attention throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities: -
Provide one-on-one nursing care to a student as specified in the
care plan - Monitor and manage health conditions, including
medication administration and treatments - Communicate effectively
with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers - Maintain
accurate documentation of nursing services and student progress -
Respond promptly to medical emergencies or health concerns within
the school environment Qualifications: - Current, valid RN license
- Experience providing 1:1 nursing care, preferably in a school
setting - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability
to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of pediatric nursing and common school health protocols
