Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse (RN) to specialize in Orthopedics at our faith-based

in providing personalized patient care and implementing innovative
clinical practices to enhance patient outcomes. Join our team of

plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for orthopedic
patients. Collaborate with orthopedists and other medical
professionals to formulate integrated treatment strategies. Monitor
patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Advocate for
patient needs and provide education on management of orthopedic
conditions. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure
confidentiality. Assist in orthopedic surgeries and recovery
procedures. Partake in research and continuous educational
activities to remain abreast with advancements in orthopedic
nursing. Strong clinical skills in orthopedic patient care Ability
to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical
software for patient records Critical thinking and problem-solving
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license Orthopedic Nursing
Certification (ONC) preferred
