Position Summary: Primarily responsible for sales, marketing, development and operational efforts for the specified geographical area/market. General Purpose: Client relations; problem resolution; critical thinking; operations; marketing; management; relationship building Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop marketing plans designed to drive client development and generate revenue growthFollows direction set by President/CEO and Board of DirectorsCollects and tracks all competitive information relevant to companies viewed as competitorsNegotiate contract terms and successfully close business agreementsAssist with development of new servicesCultivate, maintain and enhance client relationships whenever possibleDevelop new clients and manage accounts of existing clientsCreate new ideas and offer suggestions to enhance the quality of work and service offerings to clientsInform upper management of significant issues concerning clients and/or competitorsPromote positive public relationsInterview, hire, train, audit and review team membersLead, supervise, motivate and monitor team members to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standardsEstablish and maintain departmental policies and proceduresPerform audits of analysts and department inventory on a regular basis for quality improvement and training purposesDevelop and maintain departmental workflow, integrating and client systems, to maximize efficiency and resultsBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients, payors and personnelAttend client, department and company meetingsComply with federal and state laws, company policies and proceduresOther duties as deemed necessary Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum 8-years relevant and progressively responsible work experience with at least five years in a senior management role in sales and marketingHigh school diploma or equivalentModerate computer proficiency including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookMathematical skills: ability to calculate rates using addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionAbility to read and interpret an extensive variety of documents such as contracts, claims, instructions, policies and procedures in written (in English) and diagram formAbility to write routine correspondence (in English)Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsStrong customer service orientationExcellent writing, communication and presentation skills; ability to successfully interact across functions and with all levels of an organizationStrong negotiating skillsTeam builder working with people to achieve results and lead by exampleAdaptable and able to organize and lead teams and projects with participants from a variety of backgrounds and work groupsEntrepreneurial spirit, must appreciate and enjoy the challenges of building a growing business in a changing and competitive industryStrong team playerCommitment to company valuesMinimum Requirements:1. 8+ years of hospital revenue cycle experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role in sales and marketing.2.
