Job Description:

Location: Chicago, IL Description: -Our client is currently seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for their plant located in the Chicago, IL area.Responsibilities:

Will manage operations on 2nd shift -
Will train and develop shift employees
Ensure product quality is at the highest standard
Participate on and lead continuous improvement projects---Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 4+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing setting
- Solid experience leading formal Lean / CI projects (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5s, etc.)
- KPI and Metrix experience
