Our luxurious downtown hotel is a real architectural star in the
place where skyscrapers were invented. Guests are invited to
discover the finest of everything in the Windy City at our downtown
Chicago hotel. Our unique hotel designed by French architect
Jean-Paul Viguier is a 32-floor prism of glass featuring stunning
views of Lake Michigan and Chicago skyline .

What you will be doing:
- Preparing quality pastry items such as: breakfast breads and
pastries, desserts, ice creams, sorbets, creams, ganache,
amenities, displays & centerpieces and special guest requests.
- Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the
environment & menues, coordinate dessert specials.
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a
la carte and/or beffet menus according to recipes & standards.
Your experience and skills include:
- Passionate about food preparation and presentation
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment and work
independently on the line
- Understanding & practicing of food safety and hygiene
- Be a collaborative team player, a creative problem solver who
leads with your heart
