United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field - Guest Service Representative Team LeaderIn support of the health and safety of our organization, the United Center, and recent NBA and NHL league directives, all At Your Service Team Members will be required to submit proof of being fully vaccinated to work at the United Center, with limited exceptions as may be required by law.APPLY NOW Guest Service Team LeaderPart time / Evening and weekends availability required Multiple venue locations:United CenterGuaranteed Rate FieldGeneral Responsibilities:Provide guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment to view events at the United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field through knowledge of available guest services and facility familiarization. Provide supervision, support, and motivation to a team of 20-25 Guest Service Representatives during events.Demonstrated Skills: Ability to follow directionsAbility to give direction to team members in a clear and understandable mannerAbility to make decisions using sound judgementConsistent high level of customer service in a fast-paced environmentApproachable, friendly, and articulateSelf-motivator with a positive attitudeAbility to work effectively on a teamAbility to adhere to scheduling methods and proceduresPunctual, proactive, and accountableSpecific Duties: Promote family atmosphere, guest enjoyment and safetyMotivate and coach event staff to fulfill job responsibilitiesAssist the manager on duty in the resolution of guest concernsKnowledge of all venue amenities/services provided, the venue policies/procedures including evacuationKnowledge of company policies and proceduresCommunicate event and staff activity to manager on dutyProvide company reports and documents regarding incidents when necessaryAssign company equipment or keys when needed to employee for a designated areaAssist in the administration of ongoing Guest Service department training including AYS New Hire OrientationActively participation in company and facility incentive programsMiscellaneous operational (day of event) duties as directed Qualifications:Must be 20 years of age or olderMust have previous supervisory experienceMust be available to work evening and weekend hours Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 5 hoursMust be punctual and able to comply with attendance standardsMust be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to work at the United Center Additional Information:Starting Pay Rate = $18.50 per hourAverage hours will not exceed 20 hours per week APPLY NOW PI191102466Apply Here
