*PURPOSE*

- The Busser is apart of the support staff in the restaurant and is vital to the success and execution of the steps of service to ensure a memorable and Excellent Guest Experience.

*RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES*

Including but not limited to:

* Stock all stations with polished plateware, glassware, silverware and linen
* Serve guests water based on direction and delegation from Servers
* Clear tables after guests leave in a prompt manner
* Reset and arrange tabletop for next guests
* Clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as needed
* Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest's requests to server immediately
* Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume fine dining

- Team player with positive attitude and good communication skills

- Able to fulfill physical requirements of a Busser's job - carry heavy trays for long periods of time

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. or more

- Must have Open Availability (AM & PM) & be able to work on weekdays, weekends, & holidays

- Food Handlers Card / ServSafe Certification
