Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you lead the heart of the hotel
and our guest experience. You take ownership of cleanliness
standards of the hotel, ensuring that your team provides guests
with clean, comfortable and safe spaces, and are a part of creating
memorable experiences for them.
Our luxurious downtown hotel is a real architectural star in the
place where skyscrapers were invented. Guests are invited to
discover the finest of everything in the Windy City at our downtown
Chicago hotel. Our unique hotel designed by French architect
Jean-Paul Viguier is a 32-floor prism of glass featuring stunning
views of Lake Michigan and Chicago skyline.

What you will be doing:
- Assist Housekeeping Management to ensure luxury & brand standards
are followed with friendly and engaging service in Housekeeping
Department
- Supervise and provide support to room attendants and house
persons are set up for success having necessary tools and materials
needed
- Liaise with operational departments to ensure room readiness
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying
proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership
experience is required.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good working relationships
with all stakeholders.
- Ability to lead by example, create a strong service culture,
engaging and motivating a team to be their best.
