Job Summary: As a Business Growth Manager at Kaleidoscope, you will be pivotal in driving our new business and marketing initiatives to support growth. You will identify and develop new and organic business opportunities, increase revenue, and align marketing efforts with our overall business growth strategy. You will be a subject matter expert in Kaleidoscope's capabilities and services, collaborate with representative team leads, and manage the client engagement process from initial outreach to client acquisition. You will actively lead new business meetings and prospecting calls, devise and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies, and optimize campaigns and initiatives to drive new business growth. You will stay updated with industry trends and best practices, develop marketing materials, and attend relevant industry trade shows to foster new business opportunities.
Duties/Responsibilities: -


  • Be the go-to person for communications across multiple internal departments as a subject matter expert in Kaleidoscope's capabilities and services. -
  • Own the development of New Business pitch decks, proposals, and pricing strategies through collaboration with representative team leads.
  • Manage the new client engagement process from initial outreach to client acquisition. -
  • Lead and engage in New Business meetings and prospecting calls to vet new opportunities and gather information for lead generation.
  • Work closely with department lead(s) to devise and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy, leveraging market research and data analysis to identify prospective targets and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities. -
  • Capture new lead information into CRM and ensure consistent updates for reporting and effective lead tracking. -
  • Optimize communication and new business efforts in collaboration with account and new business development counterparts.
  • Track and manage the performance of initiatives and campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results. -
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. -
  • Develop campaigns and initiatives to drive new business growth, including promotional items, printed collateral, digital assets, and direct mail pieces. -
  • Identify and attend relevant industry trade shows to foster new business opportunities, actively engaging in pre- and post-show outreach efforts and providing additional support as needed, including trade show/conference strategy and execution, booth coordination, vendor management, and lead generation activities. -
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities: -

    • Proven experience in successful lead generation. -
    • Strong communication skills, including excellent writing expertise for crafting marketing materials and overall communications. -
    • Ability to lead and plan projects, stay ahead of deadlines, and adapt and adjust lead generation strategies based on results. -
    • Excellent sales and customer service skills to effectively engage with prospects and convert leads. -
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software for managing CRM, data analysis, and reporting. -
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing assets is a plus.

      Education and Experience: -

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field preferred. -
      • 5-8 years of related experience within the CPG industry/a creative agency is required.
