Job Description:

Sweet Mandy B's dessert bakery is looking for a FULL TIME Store Manager.Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers & team members have a great experience
• Function as point person for all departments & owner
• Motivate team for speed of service & order accuracy
• Work with Department leads & Head Baker to create holiday menu items
• Monitor quality & freshness of baked items
• Ensure all food is handled & stored according to food safety standards Job Skills:
• Demonstrates decision-making ability, leadership skills, & ability to prioritize & delegate
• Fosters & encourages a positive environment
• Capable of teaching others in a positive & constructive manner
• Thorough product knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of safety policies and procedures Qualifications:
  • Three years management experience in food establishment
  • Previous quick service food handling experience in either hospitality or food & beverage industry
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills Requirements:
    • Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
    • Able to stand for extended periods of time
    • Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 25 pounds
    • Availability weekdays, weekends, & holidays
