Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a Culinary Development Director to lead our
innovation in culinary services across various localized and
large-scale operations. This leadership role is key in crafting
groundbreaking food concepts and ensuring excellent culinary
standards that align with Aramark's commitment to serve its clients
with distinction and innovation. As a Culinary Development
Director, you will manage the culinary development strategy,
oversee recipe standardization, introduce new dining concepts, and
collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficacy
and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement innovative
culinary concepts and menu items that are both trendsetting and
cost-effective. Manage and coordinate the activities of the
culinary development team to meet organizational goals. Conduct
market research to stay ahead of food trends and adapt strategies
to meet changing consumer preferences. Collaborate with supply
chain managers to source high-quality and sustainable ingredients.
Lead training sessions with culinary staff to ensure consistent
execution of recipes and techniques across all operations. Evaluate
customer feedback and operational performance to refine culinary
strategies. Maintain and ensure compliance with all safety and
hygiene standards. Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative and
innovative thinking in culinary arts Ability to work under pressure
in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of budget
management and cost control Deep knowledge of various cuisine
