Hinge Health has raised $436M to date and has 500+ employees across our San Francisco, Portland, Minneapolis, Chicago, and remote offices.-- We are looking for a business partner to help us build scalable teams, increase our organizational and people capabilities, and shape effective HR strategies and programs that impact the productivity and well being of our employees.-- As one of the first business partners, you will work closely with our People Team and Leaders to reduce HR risks and deploy programs that retain and support our employees.-- The ideal candidate will have HR experience in talent management, employee relations, and compensation. Experience with high growth startups is a plus. We are looking for a candidate who can see the big picture but will also roll up their sleeves to continuously improve the way we support our employees. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Ensure employees have a defined career path, competencies and performance standards
  • Serve as a point of contact for leaders and managers to the people team
  • Measure and reduce regrettable attrition
  • Reduce HR legal compliance risks and incidents
