We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager. In this
vital role you will direct, plan and implement activities to
identify and hire quality candidates for corporate position
openings in a timely and efficient manner.
Works with Business Partners and the management team to assess
needs and develop a recruiting plan/strategy in support of talent
Posts job openings and generates a pipeline / funnel of qualified
candidates for open positions using a variety of recruiting methods
Screens potential candidates and makes recommendations to hiring
Manages the candidate selection/interview process.
Manages the negotiation, closing, and offer elements of
candidate/new start relations.
Embraces organizational vision and is a brand ambassador for the
company; seeks and recommends new or innovative means for
identifying key talent.
Minimum Education And Experience
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Job Related/Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience with full
cycle recruitment, in a high volume, fast paced setting.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal); demonstrates
ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills; proficient with ATS (Workday preferred) and
Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint).
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a mix of agency and
corporate recruitment experience in a variety of disciplines.
Preferred candidates will possess experience in talent acquisition
for Marketing positions, but this role will not be limited
exclusively to supporting recruitment for Marketing roles. This
role is remote, supporting hiring at our corporate headquarters in
Chicago, IL and Syracuse, NY.
