About The Role

As the Senior Sales Recruiter reporting to the Director of Recruiting, you will have the exciting and unique opportunity to directly impact the future and success of Routable. This role will focus on hiring for all positions within the Sales organization and will be instrumental in taking Routable through our next phase of explosive growth.

As a trusted partner to hiring managers across the sales org, you will work closely with all levels of management to help build and support highly functioning teams. You will drive impact by optimizing the sales recruiting function - from finding the best candidates for future Routers, to partnering on implementing processes and tools that create efficiency. You will be most successful in this role if you care deeply both about our business and our employees and are excited about doing everything you can to make our team thrive.

Routable is a remote-first, fast-paced, technical, and results driven organization that is scaling quickly. You will need to be able to stay one step ahead of our growth and be able to build, support, and help enhance our organization as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Look for and identify talented sales candidates.
  • Find or create new sources of talent and unique ways to source talented folks.
  • Screen candidates, acting as the competent filter at the top of the funnel in order to maximize the hiring team's time and focus on interviewing only the best candidates.
  • Successfully juggle a high variety and number of roles at once.
  • Develop hiring plans, job posts, and rubrics. Work with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and screening methods, and manage the overall hiring process every step of the way.
  • Listen to and make improvements based on candidate feedback. Level up the hiring process by taking into account feedback from candidates and/or other sources.
  • Develop a diverse candidate pool for current and future roles
  • Invest in relationships with individuals and groups. Nurture personal relationships through facilitation of introductions, references, and/or participation with community groups.
  • Champion our employer brand and partner with internal teams to refine our existing recruiting marketing strategies. Identify varied opportunities to drive brand awareness.
  • Leverage data and metrics to lead towards and achieve goals.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Over 5 years of experience recruiting for sales roles at a software and/or technology company.
    • Demonstrated understanding of various roles within a sales organization and sales compensation.
    • You have a high EQ and are a trusted partner in talent.
    • You are highly empathetic and customer service oriented. You enable an amazing experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
    • You are passionate about inviting more diversity and inclusion in the workplace. You create, support, and deliver on DE&I initiatives set by the business and recruiting team.
    • You own your work. You are comfortable driving and enjoy working independently towards your goals.
    • You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM systems.
    • You make data-driven decisions. You monitor and track pipeline health to inform your priorities and set expectations with hiring managers.
    • You are resourceful. You are willing to research questions, talent, and companies to find answers and great talent for Routable.

      Location

      You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

      Rendezvous

      To help foster amazing relationships with our coworkers, we meet up twice a year as a whole team in some pretty awesome cities! In the past we've met up in San Diego, Seattle, and Austin. We'd rather invest money into memorable team events rather than expensive offices. During our meet-up team time, we love to spend time learning a new skill together, and solving problems. Most recently this has taken on the form of a bread-making class and defeating an Escape Room.

      Note: we have paused our meetups due to COVID-19 and will resume when it is safe for everyone to attend
