Job DescriptionSenior Technical RecruiterReports To: Nathan ParmanLocation: Chicago IL / Open to remote but prefer onsite 1 day a week. Position Description:As Talent Acquisition, you will source talent available in the labor market to fill open requisitions for Redwood's various business units, primarily for our available technology and data roles, assisting to fill other roles such as data entry and customer service, sales, procurement, accounting and finance as needed. You will play a critical role in connecting talent to opportunity at a fast-paced, growing organization! Responsibilities:

  • Investigates hiring managers' needs by requisition, and provides guidance on job description formulation and sourcing strategy
  • Utilizes available resources to source viable candidates for open and approved requisitions as needed
  • Follows established company procedure and process for interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Completes all required training
  • Participates in scheduled recruiting meetings for updates and recommendations
  • Reports on recruiting activity for assigned requisitions as needed, including pipeline activity, time to fill and/or ratios for interview to hire
  • Solicits feedback from new talent on the orientation program for hiring managers and HR team
  • Travels on occasion to corporate office and/or career fairs as needed Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3 years in a full-cycle recruiting function, where at least 1 of those years included talent acquisition for technical roles such as software engineers, infrastructure/security, Product Manager, Data Scientist, application support, and integration
    • Strong organizational, time-management, critical thinking, and communication skills
    • Demonstrated understanding of relevant state and federal policy and regulation regarding selection and hiringWe pay out bonus per hire: - $0-$50K = $250- $50K-$75K = $500- $75K-$100K=$1500- $100K-$125K= $2500- $125K+ = $5000Tools Used:
