Corporate Recruiter will be responsible leading the end-to-end
corporate recruiting activities for our nationwide organization by
developing creative sourcing strategies and finding high performing
candidates to fill our open positions.Duties and Responsibilities:
The Corporate Recruiter manages the hiring flow from source to
closeDevelops innovative, creative, and proactive
recruitment/sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and
passive candidate pipelinesCorporate Recruiter will source,
recruits, interviews, and selects candidates for various levels of
employment (exempt and non-exempt roles)Partner with managers and
HR to determine hiring needs, provide suggestions/ideas regarding
how to find top talent, advise on salary requirements and
participate with teams to ensure a smooth transition into our
organizationEffectively identify and engage with talent utilizing a
variety of mediums including internal and external databases,
social media, job fairs, university recruiting, military and other
research tactics (This seems very much like the second bullet
Point)As a Corporate Recruiter you will promote the Heniff brand
and culture to creatively attract and market the Company to top
talentWork closely with business leaders to influence and deliver
quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all
aspects of the recruiting cycleThe position is not responsible for
driver recruiting (Unrelated to the role therefore I would
remove)The Corporate Recruiter reports directly to the Vice
President HR.
Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required OR additional
experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the
required education on a year-for-year basis required. Minimum four
(4) years' proven full life cycle recruitment recruiting a variety
of positions to include mechanics to IT professionals as a
Corporate Recruiter Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Essential Qualifications: Must possess strong verbal and written
skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate
effectively with others at all levels of the organizationExcellent
and professional written and verbal communications skills.Strong
initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively, while working
in a fast-paced environment.Meticulous attention to detail and
organizational skills.Discreet, able to handle confidential and
proprietary information appropriately.Strong time management skills
and ability to foster relationships at all levels within the
organization.Ability to work under pressure and meet established
goals and objectives.This position may require occasional domestic
travel.Ability to work cross-culturally; understanding how to work
effectively in different geographies and business environments.
Experience implementing an ATS is a plusMust be self-motivated and
