Company DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Senior -HR Program Manager will play an integral role in program management of EPIC, project management of HR initiatives and leadership of the executive and administrative teams. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources.Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and program manage EPIC events and initiatives across a complex global organization.
  • Simultaneously drive multiple projects of varying complexity and duration.
  • Create and maintain project plans, status updates and post-mortem reports.
  • Partner with Epsilon Leaders, HR, and EPIC Advisory board to drive employee engagement through EPIC events in the local regional offices and virtual remote associates
  • Provide insight, analytics and reporting for various audiences to highlight trends, impact and action-oriented insights to CTO and President.
  • Ensure the integrity of engagement data and processes, driving improvements where necessary
  • Provide leadership, oversight, and career development to executive assistants and administrative teams
  • Continuously monitor bandwidth of executive and administrative teams to ensure coverage and team engagement
  • Build annual EPIC programming calendar, and steer internal and external blog communications measures, in coordination with our communications and marketing partners.QualificationsThe minimum requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
    • Strong program/project leadership skills with a proven track record of innovative thought leadership, creative problem solving, and mobilizing others
    • Strong collaborator with the ability to connect across all geographies to influence and lead change in partnership with multiple senior stakeholders
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
    • Broad business acumen and a desire to learn about Epsilon's business
    • Solid understanding metrics; basic reporting and analytics experience
    • Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously
    • Action-oriented, proactive, sense of urgency
    • Adapts and works effectively in a variety of situations with a diverse group of perspectives/styles
