Job Description - HR Skill-Building Lead (353358) The HR
Skill-Building Lead role offers the opportunity to engage with the
transformation of our HR Function, with a focus on the systematic
upskilling and reskilling of our people in order to support a new
operating model, new systems and processes, and new ways of
working. Our mandate is to translate the key principles of our HR
Transformation agenda into future-focused capability model(s) and a
related skills taxonomy and assessment, and to build a meaningful
learning and development programme against this, to support our
global population of HR colleagues. The capability model(s), skills
taxonomy and associated learning experiences and resources will
build broad awareness across the HR organisation of key concepts
relating to our transformation activities, and where needed they
will support our people to embrace the new career opportunities
that the HR transformation enables. We will leverage a creative mix
of existing learning solutions, new content build and new vendor
partnerships to bring this upskilling agenda to life, using
engaging and impactful delivery mechanisms. This role reports into
the VP, Global Head of Talent Management. Who You Are You are

maximize impact and achieve objectives What You Will Do Build
strong relationships across HR and business stakeholders, learning
about digital transformation, HR transformation and the impact on
the business; gathering stakeholder requirements and translating
them into skills requirements and learning needs Partner with
expert internal and external resources to embrace a 'skills-first'
approach to L&D and to build a globally-relevant capability
model(s) and skills taxonomy for HR Leverage existing learning
content to curate learning solutions that are skills-based,
modularized packages which can flexibly be rolled into curricula
Leverage best practice learning principles and user experience
concepts, as well as strong stakeholder relationships, to
creatively build, test and pilot new content packages Leverage
existing learning platform functionality to creatively design
impactful learning journeys, bringing together curated and created
content into engaging, interactive, meaningful learning experiences
Work with selected vendors to create experiential, simulation-based
learning experiences that are high-impact and that drive meaningful
learning outcomes Think holistically about the operationalization
of these learning experiences, creating the mechanisms and content
needed to launch them - including communications, manager toolkits,
facilitator guidance, and post-journey messaging Leverage data
analytics dashboards to understand solution success and propose
refinement as needed What You Bring Foundational Skills: -
Experience in learning and development with a focus on learning
curriculum design, learning content curation and learning content
creation Knowledge of adaptive learning platforms and content
libraries, including professional skills and technical subject
matter Exposure to skills-based learning as a concept and
implications for the impactful implementation of this as an
underpinning approach Exposure to learner experience / user
experience / customer experience concepts and experience of
applying these to create engaging learning experiences Strong
communication skills including engaging and persuasive written and
verbal communications, underpinned by experience of stakeholder
analysis, stakeholder needs identification and assessment, and
communications planning Ability to analyze and interpret data
reports and dashboards to drive decision making Strong relationship
management and related soft skills; strong collaboration, teamwork,
and interpersonal skills Comfort with working in a fast-paced team
in a flexible and dynamic transformation environment; ability to
approach challenges with a growth mindset Exposure to project
management, ideally with some experience of this in a
transformation and / or digital environment A demonstrated
commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse
workplace Education Educational background in HR or a related
field, preferably with a specialization or demonstrated interest in
learning and development Professional experience of good practice
instructional design across a variety of delivery mechanisms
(classroom, e-learning, podcast, video etc.), preferably supported
by certifications in key authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate
