POSITION MISSION The Recruiter is accountable for full cycle recruiting of General Manager and District Manager positions. Duties include sourcing, screening, and interviewing quality candidates, ensuring proper ATS utilization, training field hiring managers in recruiting best practices, and continually evaluating tactic effectiveness. This role partners closely with the Recruitment Coordinator assigned to the territory to provide sourcing support for retail hourly Team Member staffing. -The Recruiter serves as a subject matter expert for our Directors of Operations, District Managers, and General Managers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting of field leadership roles including but not limited to market research, sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, and selection. -
  • Serve as an employment brand ambassador for candidates by promoting available positions, representing the company in a positive way, providing complete information about the company, and career growth opportunities.
  • Strives to source and select quality candidates based on bakery business needs and team fit; uses a variety of avenues such as networking, association memberships, internet sourcing, college campus, and job boards.
  • Strives to ensure a timely recruitment process through regular follow up with the hiring managers and candidates.
  • Prepare job postings and advertisements for identified open positions.
  • Assist the hiring managers in candidate selection.
  • Build partnerships with Field Operations team, Talent Acquisition team members and respective HR Business Partners to ensure GM and TM hiring needs are being met.
  • Research local market landscape and work with total rewards when adjustments are needed to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Organize other staffing events to source GMs and all hourly positions.
  • Manage initial onboarding in ATS for all external DM and GM hires including application, offer letter, and background check.
  • Provide support and training to develop DMs and GMs in the area of candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and Workday Recruiting.
  • Builds a business partnership with Field Operations to assist in decreasing turnover; provide recommendations based on research and available reports to improve sourcing and selection processes.
  • Ensures all hiring practices are compliant and consistent across all levels of the organization, providing an Equal Employment Opportunity for all applicants.

          • High School diploma, Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
          • At least 1-2 years related experience preferred.
          • Restaurant or Retail industry experience required, preferably in quick service.
          • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System - Workday preferred.
          • Must be internet savvy and experienced in social media and on-line networking.
          • Proven skills in relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication.
          • Ability to work independently and also as a strong team player.
          • Ability to coach and train at every level of the organization.
          • Must be able to travel.
          • Exceptional creativity, initiative in fulfilling hiring needs, open minded and a strategic thinker.
          • Strong public speaking skills helpful.
