This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume full-cycle recruiting to support staffing of Ulines Distribution Center.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
• Support and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to find talent. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1+ years experience in Human Resources and / or recruiting preferred.
  • Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations. Benefits
