Wachs, an ITW Company, is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our
team. This onsite position is located at our facility in
Lincolnshire, IL. In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR
leadership and support for approximately 100 employees across the
United States and Canada. You will lead traditional HR functions
such as talent acquisition and employee relations, while also
partnering with department leaders to enhance employee engagement,
manage change, and implement organizational development strategies.

How you will make an impact Workforce Capability Building Lead
end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding to ensure seamless
integration of both permanent and contingent workforce. Provide
collaborative partnership to divisional leaders on career
progression, performance optimization, and talent development to
foster a high-performing workforce and execute organizational
talent strategy. Deliver compliance and capability-building
training programs to promote a respectful, skilled, and resilient
organizational culture. Oversee performance and recognition
frameworks to drive accountability, engagement, and retention.
Employee Experience & Engagement Champion a culture of inclusion by
promoting respect for diverse perspectives and fostering a
welcoming workplace environment. Evaluate employee engagement
metrics and collaborate on targeted action plans to enhance
organizational effectiveness and morale. Maintain alignment and
consistency in the application and communication of HR policies
across the organization. Collaborate with leadership to proactively
identify workforce challenges and implement customized HR solutions
that drive performance. Drive initiatives that strengthen an
inclusive workplace culture, promote positive employee relations,
and foster a sense of belonging for all team members. Manage
enterprise-wide HR initiatives, including benefits enrollment and
wellness programs, to enhance employee experience and
organizational well-being. People Operations & Governance Design
and execute HR policy frameworks aligned with federal and state
regulations to ensure legal compliance and operational consistency.
Manage core HR functions including payroll administration, HRIS
data integrity, and leave management programs including FMLA, LOA,
and Workers’ Compensation. Support workplace safety initiatives and
contribute to incident investigations to promote a secure and
compliant work environment. Leverage digital tools and systems to
optimize HR operations and enhance process efficiency. What you

robust problem-solving abilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant
field and a minimum of 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience
required. Professional HR Certification is preferred. Demonstrated
experience in managing a range of employee relations issues and
change management initiatives, preferably in a manufacturing
environment. Experience administering FMLA, Worker’s Compensation,
and other leave of absence or accommodation requests. Prior
experience in the following functional areas: recruiting,
performance management, employee relations, interpreting and
applying employment laws and policies, employee engagement process
improvement, and compensation and benefits. Strong computer skills,
with emphasis on proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as
Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, and Outlook are required. Workday
and Dayforce experience desired. 10% travel required Work

pounds. Compensation Information: The annual base salary range for
this position is $90,000 – 110,000 annually. Please note that this
salary information serves as a general guideline. The company
