Job Description:
Our internship program is a full-time 10-week long program
running from June 4 through August 14, 2026. Applicants should be
based in the Chicago area for the duration of the program to
participate in our hybrid work environment at our Chicago
headquarters. Applicants should also currently be pursuing a
bachelor’s degree or higher with an expected graduation date in
Winter 2026 or Spring 2027. What to expect during your internship:
Onboarding Training: Our onboarding program will share all the
information you need to be successful during your internship at
Strata. You will learn about our mission, our history, our products
& services, and our people! Meaningful Work: You’ll receive
challenging projects to complete during your internship. The
project will give you a running start into the exciting world of
software that is positively impacting some of our nation’s most
critical industries. We hope this work inspires you to expand into
a full-time career. Before summer is over, you will present your
work to our Executive Leadership Team! Networking: You will have
many opportunities to network across all areas of the business.
Whether it’s through one-on-one coffee chats or lunch & learns, you
will meet many of the people who fuel our mission! Culture:
Throughout the summer, we host a variety of social and networking
activities such as monthly in person lunch and happy hour to help
you truly experience our amazing culture and working in downtown
Chicago. How you’ll make an impact during your internship : Work
with a top-notch team across several Strata Services practices,
including but not limited to Data Integration, Planning &
Performance Management, Decision Support, and Project Management
Gain exposure and experience in an Agile setting Assist in
preparing best practice customer-facing tools and templates Utilize
financial, business, and organizational models to develop more
efficient, higher quality operational processes Communicate complex
analyses and improvement recommendations to colleagues Analyze
information to determine, recommend, and plan the implementation of
new processes and procedures across the Strata Services team
Collect, compile, and present various data metric sets to the
operations team Own the execution and maintenance of tasks on a
daily and weekly basis What we’re looking for: Currently pursuing a
bachelor’s degree or higher with graduation date in Winter 2026 or
Spring 2027, in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Informatics,
Finance, Business or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft
Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint Self-starter who
possesses the ability to work effectively with limited guidance
when necessary Interest in pursuing a career in consulting,
software, or operations management A passion for the healthcare
industry - we’d love to help you find it here! Estimated Salary
Range: $25/hr Actual salary will be determined based on factors
including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience.
This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also
provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In
addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package
