Technology Enablement - Solution Consultant I (NetSuite) Chicago, IL / Riveron is looking for a Solution Consultant I focused on NetSuite to join our Business Performance Improvement practice. The Solution Consultant I will work side-by-side our Strategy team members in executing client projects ranging from software selection, NetSuite implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to assist in NetSuite practice development. As a Team Member, You Will:

• Collaborate with strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions
• Effectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
• Work directly with Solution Manager, Senior Solution Consultants, Solutions II Consultants and Strategy team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific NetSuite functionality
• Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy
• Apply best practices while building custom scripted solutions for specific client requirements
• Conduct internal testing to validate custom designed solutions and effectively performs user acceptance testing on client NetSuite environments
• Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serve as the 'go-to' resource on all project related inquiries
• Train end users on specific processes and application Your Experience Includes:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 0-1+ years of NetSuite
  • Previous experience gathering business requirements and effectively implementing designed solutions is a plus
  • Consulting experience in other business applications including QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com , Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc. is a plus
  • Experience with third-party SuiteApps or NetSuite Bundles is a plus
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products Characteristics for Success in This Role:
    • Ability to assist in developing detailed technical specification documents and capturing all end-to-end use cases, exception handling, and overall technical design
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments
    • Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
