It all begins with you.Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure; provides information security; and enables Wells Fargo global customers to have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week banking access through in-branch, online, ATMs, and other channels.Our mission is to deliver stable, secure, scalable, and innovative services at speeds that delight and satisfy our customers and unleash the skills potential of our employees.The Technology Business Services Principal Associate will be a pivotal member of the Payments Treasury Management and Customer Care Business Services team responsible for defining, implementing and leading integrated business processes across the technology team. --This critical role will serve as the primary liaison with Audit, Technology Control and the application teams for technology and line of business audits. --The position will be responsible for governing execution of the Audits including guiding process and actions for the application teams in support of adherence, improvement and risk reduction. --This will include facilitating and coordinating Audit deliverables for completeness and accuracy. --Additionally, this position will be responsible for collaborating with the Technology Managers on software vendor relationship --with oversight and monitoring of the engagement manager process and 3rd party risk assessments. --This will include proactive engagement with contract support, resolution of issues and action plans.This key position will apply knowledge of technology and risk management. Responsibility will also include producing and --assimilating internal communications, presentations, and reports with a leadership lens. --Additional aspects of this role will include identifying best practices, recommending new workflows and/ or procedures, fostering collaboration and develop --strong internal business relationships. --Primary locations will be Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; Chicago IL.--Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Commercial banking, Corporate banking, or Investment banking
  • 2+ years of experience with one or a combination of the following: compiling and preparing executive summaries, presentations for management and senior leaders.
  • 5 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management
  • 2+ years of audit experienceDesired Qualifications
    • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
    • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior managementOther Desired Qualifications
      • Ability to effectively drive and lead change in an organization with Wells Fargo---s size, scale and complexity--
      • Proven experience as a highly effective leader with credibility from demonstrating strong business and technology acumen
      • Highly effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a collaborative and results oriented leadership style
      • Demonstrated experience motivating and influencing groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence to make timely decisions--
