We are looking for a full-time, mid-level, front-end web developer who gets excited at the opportunity to breathe life into static UX/UI design concepts, push the boundaries of innovation and technology, while being mindful of your time and prioritize multiple projects. You'll be part of a growing team with big ideas that eagerly awaits your mad skills to help continue to elevate and evolve our websites and brand to the next level. Within our small team, you'll have a voice from concept to finish, building and updating Marketing websites across multiple countries. We strive to build beautiful, innovative, scalable and dynamic websites, while maintaining a focus on standardization and automation. We look to you to help streamline development efforts, reduce redundancies across build processes, and optimize time spent developing components and features. You are bursting with creative ideas and won't hesitate challenging the status quo within a fast-paced environment. You think it's exciting and a challenge to wear many hats, and we're looking to you to juggle virtually any front-end development need, change, and integration across our external facing websites. Thriving in a team environment is imperative to this role, as is open communication, and the ability to build off of others' ideas and concepts.

Do these things interest you? You will:· Develop, document, test, and deploy web pages in a CMS· Maintain and enhance existing site solutions· Work with Marketing and Creative teams to identify best practices, opportunities for site enhancements across design and development· Pull cookie data into Google Data Studio to make reports and dashboards for content teams and sales.· Will be a partner in outlining scope for larger scale site design and development, including migration to alternate platforms, integrating new development frameworks and managing inbound requestsQualifications

What We Look For· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field ...OR Related work experience· 2-4 years of experience developing and successfully deploying websites· Expert-level knowledge and understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript programming, without relying on libraries to accomplish innovative interactions· Expert in front-end frameworks, specifically Bootstrap 4 & 5· Proficient with various CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Squarespace)· Proficient with SASS/LESS· Proficient with HubSpot Markup Language (HubL), Jinja, or python-based language· Familiarity with the Growth Driven Design methodology or data-driven web design processes· Familiarity with REST, JSON, XML, PHP web technologies· Strong debugging and diagnostic skills· Experience in developing APIs for integration with CMS platforms· Experience conducting performance testing and optimization· Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills· Experience working with Version Control Systems (Git, SVN, Perforce)· Strong collaborator and communicator· Google Marketing Platform experience including Data Studio, Tag Manager and GA4
