Our team is building a world-class process improvement platform to help healthcare providers generate more cash with fewer resources.We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great team members. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for technology and healthcare revenue cycle roles. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This position reports directly to the Chief of Staff.Some of the Recruiter's responsibilities include the following:

  • Advance and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company's reputation as a great place to work
    • 4-6 years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
    • 3-4 years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing technology
    • Ability to also take on recruiting efforts across other company functions (i.e. G&A, Finance, Marketing, etc) when business needs and priorities shift
    • Preferred experience in technology and/or healthcare provider revenue cycle
    • Demonstrated success with identifying and recruiting engineers, developers, data scientists and various other technical roles
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
    • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Self-motivation; excitement about working in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
