As a Data Engineer in our Data & Analytics service line, you will be part of a growing team that collaborates with client executives and technology teams to develop and implement solutions designed to streamline their business operations, improve their bottom line, and answer their most challenging business questions. Working within a rapidly evolving field means you will have the opportunity to tackle a variety of complex projects related to business process, data strategy, system selection, implementation, and optimization.In this role, you will support the team through client engagements by building data pipelines, remediating data quality issues, transforming data structures, designing data architecture, and defining new solutions / implementations. You will grow your advisory toolkit by regularly interfacing directly with clients, digging deep into their problems in real-time, and delivering ongoing thought partnership. • Design and implement production data pipelines to support business needs
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on data-related projects
• Work closely with clients to understand their data needs and requirements
• Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering technologies and best practices
• Develop reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
• Collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams and ensure deadlines are met

  • You have the ability and desire to travel as required based on the client's locationRequired Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering and consulting or industry experience
    • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and at least one data pipeline framework (e.g. Apache Kafka, Apache Nifi, etc.) or iPaaS technology (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Celigo, etc.)
    • Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing technologies (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
    • Experience with one or more of the following business applications: ERP (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, IFS, SAP, Oracle), Finance Governance (BlackLine, Trintech), CPM (OneStream, Planful, Hyperion), and Data Visualization products (Tableau, Power BI)
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
