THE JOB
We are seeking a SQL Software Engineer Level 4 to become part of a highly skilled and motivated enterprise engineering team focused on delivering highly scalable and available technology solutions across the Payment Integrity R&D organization supporting the both the Audit & Recovery AND the COB platform. The primary focus of this new team member will be to two-fold;

1) support the existing COB legacy running on a SQL Server 2016 platform. The application UI is developed in .Net with the SQL relational database on the backend, and
2) support the existing Audit & Recovery processing running on a SQL Server 2016 Windows based platform that interact with a Oracle backend database. These application UI are customed client driven processes developed in .Net

We are looking for a problem solver that has a passion for building high quality technology solutions with a focus on thoughtful design and a keen attention to detail. Our technology stack is running on the legacy platform is SQL SERVER 2016, SQl, .NET, SSIS & SSRS, Oracle 19, pl/sql components. Our AWS stack includes but not limited sql, nosql, java,.NET, relational databases, web services, API, public cloud (AWS, Azure), relational data bases, Postgres, micro-services. We adhere to Scrum Agile methodologies as a company from the top down.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate SQL Engineer who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal SQL Engineer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
---sql, sql server 2016, stored procedures, MS Visual Studio, .NET, pl/sql, Oracle 19 relational databases, SSIS, SSRS, ETL exposure including 835/837 or 270/271 file formats
---Strong analysis skills, thinks outside the box, can work well on their own, capable of defining requirements and designing new functionality.
---Strong research & troubleshooting skills.
---strong understand of data ingestion, data exporting processing
---strong Healthcare industry & Healthcare platform experience a plus
---Familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus.
---Strong research & troubleshooting skills.
---Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
---Strong communication and organizational skills
---Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
