Chicago Permanent USD110,000 - USD145,000 per year Hybrid working

• Fullstack C#/.NET Role for Greenfield Web Development
• Profit sharing, annual bonuses, OT pay @ $50/h paid monthlyAbout Our ClientOur client is a top SaaS Consultancy firm based here in Chicago and needs a strong candidate to help in a vast variety of forward facing projects. Developers here may work on one of 3 teams.
  
  1) Enterprise development - greenfield Mobile and Web applications.
  
  2) Contracting developers to work directly with clients.
  
  3) Coordinate and develop integrations and implementations.
  
  This role will be placed on the first team of Enterprise developers building Mobile/Web apps.
  
  Most of the projects they have on right now are in C#, and .NET with SQL servers. Due to the nature of their consultancy work, having a more diverse tech stack is a plus.Compensation will include base salary, profit sharing, end of year bonuses, and Flex Hour OT pay paid out monthly. (Flex Hours pay OT for all time worked over the standard 8 hours/day. 8 hours/day on a $100k salary comes out to $100k/year, but 9 hours/day is 112,500 annually and so on.)

  • Implement development plans from conception to maintenance, using C#/.NET.
  • Deploy systems to various production and pre-production environments and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create technical documentation such as design documents, specifications, software architecture documents, and instructions.
  • Regularly communicate with product owners and interpret requirements.
  • Work in a team environment using agile development processes and deliver work on time and within budget.
  • Follow up with issues in an efficient manner, including working hand-in-hand with Quality Assurance, Project Management, and/or senior developers.
  • Regularly communicate project progress, issues, and risks to team and managers.
  • Handle code reviews and quality checks.
  • Continue to learn and adapt to new languages and technologies.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
    • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience with C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure
