With more than 130 years of financial experience and over 22,000 partners, we serve the world's most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service. - Technical Coordinator, Financial Reporting JOB DESCRIPTION The selected candidate will be hired as Technical Coordinator for North America Accounting team within Client Valuation Reporting practice. Incumbent will be providing technical expertise to the team, assist peers with investigating complex issues, projects, testing and training. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Strong subject matter expertise/knowledge of NT business (Custody, GFS, Ops etc.)
  • Very good understanding of Valuation Reporting accounting concepts.
  • Extensive understanding of RQS and IIP templates
  • Demonstrate through examples/evidence strong operations knowledge including secondary review, controls & risk mitigation
  • Demonstrate through examples /evidence analytical ability, problem solving skills, day-to-day task management and escalation of issues
  • Aware of corporate Risk Management & Compliance
  • Demonstrate through examples/evidence good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently address technical & non-technical issues, lead knowledge share/ training sessions
  • Proactively troubleshoot and manage escalations and work with global teams
  • Working knowledge of Excel including macros/automations would be a plus.
  • Understanding of Units & Allocation audit, 5500 reporting GASB audit
  • Thorough understanding of accounting procedures, system flow and expertise on accounting systems
  • Hands on experience of new client onboarding procedure/transition related activities PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Display a strong knowledge on auditing procedures, independent and continued maintenance of training manuals for reference & training purposes. - Work independently and efficiently to resolve issues and use sound business judgment in communicating issues to team members, manager and partner areas. - Participate in client onboardings - Provide status updates on progress of audits to relevant parties concerning daily/monthly workflow. - Effectively and actively participate in issue identification, analysis, and/or resolution. - Ownership & resolution of VR deliverable related issues, including communication with partner areas, client servicing & escalations as necessary. - Clear understanding of system workflow, along with technical ability to identify any system issues & work closely with VR SIR Support team. - Work with Global CVR trainer to provide refresher sessions to develop the team's knowledge base. - Spot check audit/mailing packages for accuracy and provide appropriate feedback to peers and management if training and/or performance issues are found. - Work as a subject matter expert with business partners, system partners, and testing teams. - Service all partners with the flexibility and commitment necessary to meet their expectations/requirements/training needs and respond appropriately to any situation as a point of liaison for team's questions/inquiries and issues. - Track & follow-up for quick and accurate email/ERM turnaround. - Providing hands on training to support projects and hosting any needed additional follow up training through emails, phone calls, meeting place and/or setting up additional face to face meetings. - Escalating issues to the respective front end/IT groups in a timely manner and working to get them resolved. - Successfully lead small projects or facets within projects. Operational efficiency which improves productivity ratio and overall productivity. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Consistently demonstrating through examples/evidence, the above listed core skills and competencies in the current role over a period of 18 to 24 months with relevant CVR experience will be favorable.
